Sometimes you can't stop using your smartphone. To help you focus, set up a a "Locked Timer" : you must keep the app opened, which basically means you cannot use the other apps you are addicted to. If you leave the app, it sends 2 notifications : - 1 second after you left to kindly ask you come back and focus. - 10 seconds after you left to tell you that you failed to focus. If you reopen the app, it will have saved the time you left and came back and tell you if you managed or not to focus.
Requires iOS 9.3 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
